Blood Assurance will donate $5 to the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation for every donor that gives blood at the Bellevue, Clarksville, Columbia, Franklin, Hermitage and Nashville centers in the month of September 16th-October 15th.
About the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation
The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation is dedicated to changing the future of cancer by funding advanced, innovative research that treats the cancer while sparing the patient.
Established as a national identity in 2014, CARES stands for Cancer Alliance for Research Education and Survivorship. We seek to be a neutral convener between organizations, researchers, academic scientists, drug developers, and others to accelerate the advancement of less toxic treatments for isolated cancers and tumors.
Breakthroughs in our understanding of cancer are driving new options with less devastating side effects from highly toxic cancer treatments.
