What is the Heart of Gold Club?

The Blood Assurance Heart of Gold Club is a donation loyalty program to help ensure a stable supply of platelets for area patients. It is put in place to encourage donors to give platelets more often and reward them for their loyalty.

How do i receive prizes?

Each time you donate platelets, you will receive a promotional incentive at the time of donation. In addition, you will need to donate platelets 4 times during each quarter to be eligible for that quarter’s reward.

Keep track of your own donations with our Heart of Gold Stamp Card on the inside of the informational brochure. You can find these brochures at your local donation center or blood drive. Ask a staff member for one.

If you donate platelets at least 4 times during the quarter, the quarterly reward will be automatically delivered a few weeks after the end of the quarter.

Gift Card prizes will be EMAILED to email on donor’s profile. Physical Prizes will be delivered to your local Blood Assurance Center for pickup.

Quarter 1: January 1st - March 31st

Quarter 2: April 1st - June 30th

Quarter 3: July 1st - September 30th

Quarter 4: October 1st - December 31st

You can donate platelets every 7 days up to 24 times/year so go ahead and book all of your appointments for the quarter to earn the prizes!
